He oversees every phase of project lifecycles, from installation to maintenance, while skillfully navigating market challenges. Known for his problem-solving abilities, Ben bridges the gap between trades and professionals, fostering effective collaboration across diverse environments

Danielle Vournas

Danielle is a versatile engineer with expertise in systems integration and instrumentation and controls (I&C), recognized for exceptional performance and adaptability. With experience in commercial battery research & development, industrial semiconductor processes, wastewater facilities, and hydroelectric plants, she excels in PLC programming, system integration, and control system upgrades. Danielle holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and a B.S. in Renewable Energy Engineering.

Razvan Balea-Nita

Razvan is an engineer with experience in substation commissioning, LV & MV power distribution systems, and collections design. He is a team lead and specializes in battery energy storage systems. Razvan holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Canada.

Jimmy Li, a licensed Electrical Engineer in both Canada and the USA, brings a decade of expertise in Renewable Energy to his role as Vice President of SCADA at RRC SCADA LLC. Jimmy founded the SCADA team, growing it from managing a single project annually to over 40 projects per year. His extensive knowledge makes him the definitive expert for SCADA-related inquiries from clients and team members alike. Under Jimmy’s leadership, the RRC SCADA team thrives, supported by his unwavering commitment to project success and client satisfaction. 

In addition to his responsibilities with SCADA, Jimmy also heads the RRC Toronto office, further enhancing the company’s performance and capabilities.
