Robert is a Professional Surveyor with over 12 years at RRC and a total of more than 15 years of experience in surveying. He holds a B.S. in Surveying Engineering from Penn State University. Prior to his surveying career, Robert served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps.

Jimmy Li, a licensed Electrical Engineer in both Canada and the USA, brings a decade of expertise in Renewable Energy to his role as Vice President of SCADA at RRC SCADA LLC. Jimmy founded the SCADA team, growing it from managing a single project annually to over 40 projects per year. His extensive knowledge makes him the definitive expert for SCADA-related inquiries from clients and team members alike. Under Jimmy’s leadership, the RRC SCADA team thrives, supported by his unwavering commitment to project success and client satisfaction. 

In addition to his responsibilities with SCADA, Jimmy also heads the RRC Toronto office, further enhancing the company’s performance and capabilities.
