Joaquim has over 18 years of experience in civil engineering, managing renewable energy projects in the USA and LATAM. A certified PMP® and Envision Sustainability Professional, he excels at leading technical teams and coordinating complex projects across diverse regions.

Effendy

Effendy is a licensed Professional Engineer and Surveyor in Texas with 17 years of experience in civil project management, engineering, and design. He specializes in multi-discipline projects, including wastewater systems, roadway improvements, and land surveying. Effendy holds an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UT Austin.

Jesse Kenniston

Jesse is a licensed Civil Engineer with over 9 years of experience in utility-scale wind and solar projects, holding licenses in four states. He specializes in constraint mapping, drainage analysis, and civil project design. Jesse excels in coordinating resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Jennifer Zhang

Jennifer is a licensed Civil Engineer with over a decade of experience specializing in hydrology, hydraulic modeling, and stormwater control design. Holding a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from LSU, she provides expert guidance on floodplain modeling and drainage systems for solar and wind projects. Jennifer is licensed in Texas and Georgia.

Jimmy founded the SCADA team, growing it from managing a single project annually to over 40 projects per year. His extensive knowledge makes him the definitive expert for SCADA-related inquiries from clients and team members alike. Under Jimmy’s leadership, the RRC SCADA team thrives, supported by his unwavering commitment to project success and client satisfaction. 

In addition to his responsibilities with SCADA, Jimmy also heads the RRC Toronto office, further enhancing the company’s performance and capabilities.
