Marco is the Head of PDE and also serves as the Vice President of Innovation & Strategy at RRC, with over 16 years of experience in renewable energy. He specializes in project development, innovation, and operations, with a focus on wind and solar projects. Marco has led over 5 GW of projects under development and 2 GW in operation across Brazil and the U.S., with expertise in complex negotiations, M&A processes, and value creation in multi-GW projects.

Alvaro Jesam

Alvaro has over 12 years of experience in the solar industry, specializing in project development, management, and business development. He has successfully led the completion of large-scale projects and negotiated contracts with IPPs, suppliers, and construction companies. Alvaro’s expertise spans utility and EPC companies in the renewable energy sector.

Alfonso Munoz

Alfonso is a construction and engineering professional with over 17 years of experience. He specializes in electrical infrastructure and renewable energy projects across Latin America and the United States.

Jimmy founded the SCADA team, growing it from managing a single project annually to over 40 projects per year. His extensive knowledge makes him the definitive expert for SCADA-related inquiries from clients and team members alike. Under Jimmy’s leadership, the RRC SCADA team thrives, supported by his unwavering commitment to project success and client satisfaction.
