Karen Schuckman

Karen is the Senior Director of Remote Sensing and Geospatial Services at RRC and an Associate Teaching Professor at Penn State University. With extensive experience in geospatial technology, she has led major projects, including Hurricane Katrina imagery and North Carolina’s lidar acquisition. Karen also serves as Executive Director of the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing.

Obi Ubasineke

Obi is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) at RRC with over 15 years of experience in land surveying and project management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Louisiana State University and has expertise in drone mapping, CAD design, and surveying technologies.

Jimmy Li

Vice President of SCADA

Jimmy Li, a licensed Electrical Engineer in both Canada and the USA, brings a decade of expertise in Renewable Energy to his role as Vice President of SCADA at RRC SCADA LLC. Jimmy founded the SCADA team, growing it from managing a single project annually to over 40 projects per year. His extensive knowledge makes him the definitive expert for SCADA-related inquiries from clients and team members alike. Under Jimmy’s leadership, the RRC SCADA team thrives, supported by his unwavering commitment to project success and client satisfaction. 

In addition to his responsibilities with SCADA, Jimmy also heads the RRC Toronto office, further enhancing the company’s performance and capabilities.
